Test the Demo Before You Buy

Before purchasing a license, we strongly recommend downloading and installing the demo version to experience all the features. The demo version includes all features but is limited to processing 25 email items at a time, whereas the full version can handle an unlimited number of items.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the license key from the "EmailBackup.app" website, Google Play, or one of our authorized resellers, and the software purchase date must be within 30 days of the original purchase; you must meet the following two conditions:

1. The full version did not deliver the same results as the demo version.

2. Our technical team was unable to provide a solution for your issue.

Please note that if you encounter a technical issue and do not cooperate with our technical team in resolving it, you will not be eligible for a refund.
